Not only students, but everyone who is interested and has reached the age of 17 is welcome to attend the courses! After successfully participating, you will receive a graded certificate with ECTS points and the language level you have reached according to CEFR. |
General English courses at SLI are not recognised as BOK courses. English for Specific Purposes courses can be recognised as BOK courses. For all questions please contact the Zentrum für Schlüsselqualifikationen.

We organise and advise you on various English tests: IELTS, Cambridge ESOL Examinations, Oxford Online Placement Test and DAAD/English Language Certificate. The TOEFL exam is not currently offered. We can transfer the language level of your Abitur certificate to the "DAAD-Sprachnachweis" form. For this purpose, your Abitur certificate must not be older than two years.
