Courses for International Students of University Partner Programmes (ERASMUS, Global Exchange, AYF)

Students of the regional studies course "Deutschland erleben und verstehen" share their impressions here.

 

Admission Criteria

In order to participate in the free P-courses you will have to meet the following requirements:

  • You are enrolled at the University of Freiburg as an exchange student on one of the following university parnter programmes: ERASMUS, Global Exchange, AYF
  • You register for

max. 1 language class (max. 8 ECTS) per semester
max. 3 regional studies classes (max. 4 ECTS / course) per semester.

  • You register only for courses corresponding to your language level.
  • You attend the first two sessions.
  • You attend the class regularly.
  • You must have a A2 or higher (CEFR) language level if you want to register for regional studies classes.

The courses in winter semester start on October 14th, 2024.
Registration opens on September 30th, 2024, 10:00 h.

Self-Assessment

We do not offer a placement test before the start of the course. If you have chosen a course at the wrong level, we can NOT guarantee that you will be able to switch to a more appropriate group. Please make sure that you choose the right course level by assessing your language profiency BEFORE registering:

We will register your study credits in HISinOne.
